If, through normal use, a stitch comes loose, a thread breaks, or any stitching-related issue occurs, we'll repair it free of charge for as long as you own the product. Simply send the item back to us, and we'll take care of the rest.

The guarantee covers stitching repairs only and
is currently available within Türkiye.
Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer.
